Sales Tax Exemption Certificates are now accepted online under the following categories: OEM (ST-4), Construction by Job Name (ST-13), Distributor (ST-3) , Tax Exempt Organization ( ST-5), Urban Enterprize Zone (UZ-5), Farm (ST-7) and NJ State Government. Multi-State certificates will also be accepted. Blank forms available for download during registration.
