Product Description: Osha Self Closing Gate G2436 Spring loaded self closing gate with adjustable clamps to install onto exiting 1 5/8 in. posts. Adjustable gate opening from 24 in. to 36 in. Powder Coated Safety Yellow.

Product Self closing guard rail gate:Used on existing ladder ways and guard rail opening. OAHA’s dimensional requirements line up with top rail and midrail heights. Adjustable weigh from 24 in. to 36 in. other sizes available. Clamps to the existing post up to 2 in. with two u clamps that can be mounted on either side of the opening as required.

Made from:1 5/8 in. 16 Ga. galvanized pipe and power coated a safety yellow for high visibility.Tools are provided to install gate to existing rails.Wall mount kits are available for mounting to a wall where no rail exists such as a stairway landing.

Typical Installation:Add u clamps between existing rails tighten only to hold in place before mounting gate. Remove new stainless steel spring until gate is lined up with existing rails. Adjust weigh of so the stop hits the post. After the gate is lined up adjust u clamps to square the gate to the stop post. Add the spring and test the swing. Check and tighten all nuts and allen screws.
