This fixed railing system provides permanent fall protection for hatch openings including skylights and fire vents. Railing system with a clamping frame around curb base. top rails. mid rails and chain or swinging gate. All parts are factory finished galvanized with yellow powder coat.

Product Performance:Meets OSHA required compliance for safe egress and ingress t#HRough rooftop hatch openings while hatch is in use. OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.23 and 27.

Installation: Field customize to fit existing condition or as specified herein. Set curb framing gasket around roof opening. tighten to fit opening. Add the four corner posts into receiver and bolt to frame. Install cross rails into preset clamps and level adjust with wrench. Add chain or gate as specified by manufacturer.

Warranty: RoofTop Accessories shall provide a full system material warranty necessary to cover all cost of repairs and/or replacement of all components of the system against defects in manufacturing for the period of seven (7) years. Warranty will not include Acts of God. vandalism. neglect. metal finish or improper installation
