The Karp KFDSD2424-NS 24 in. x 24 in. Hinged Floor Access Door Non-Watertight Spring Assist from Industrial Hardware and Specialties is a : 24" x 24", standard duty (300lbs. per sqft), non watertight, spring assisted hinged floor access door with a snap lock.
From Industrial Hardware and Specialties we have the Karp KFDSD2424-NS-SL 24 in. x 24 in. Hinged Floor Access Door Non-Watertight Spring Assist.This 24" x 24" non watertight standard duty floor hatch is fabricated with a 3/16" aluminum diamond plate door lid with a stainless steel spring assisted lift. It is supplied with a snap lock as it's locking/latching option.. This KFD-SD model standard duty (300lbs. per sqft) floor access hatch has a 4" deep extruded aluminum channel-type frame with a 1/8" neoprene cushion, and continuous anchor flange with a 1-1/2" drain coupling welded to the underside. Doors shall open 90 degrees and automatically lock in that position with a stainless steel hold open arm with a red vinyl grip. All Karp KFD hatches are supplied with stainless steel butt hinges and are installed with tamperproof fasteners.
