We offer Non-Insulated Fire Rated Access Doors with Drywall Bead. The Model KRP-450FR is for Drywall Walls Only. The KRP-450FR has a textured frame and bead so drywall joint compound can be applied in sufficient thickness to conceal the flange. The KRP-450FR is non-insulated for wall installation only and rated by Underwriters Laboratories for 1.5 hour “B” label in walls.

• Frame shall be 16 gage steel, 1" wide, surrounded by galvanized drywall bead.
• Door shall be 16 gage steel, and shall open to 175°, be self-latching with automatic closer and interior latch release.
• Hinge shall be continuous piano hinge
• Latches shall be spring loaded sliding bolt type, keyed paddle latch, all keyed alike. Door can be prepared for a rim cylinder lock.
• Finish shall be prime coat of rust inhibitive electrostatic powder, baked white enamel. Stainless steel doors shall have #4 satin finish.
